Notify All by default on ticket updates...except the creator

I want tickets to notify everyone associated with a ticket...except the creator. Is this possible? Our helpdesk often times creates tickets for callers. If I add additional people to the ticket I want those people to get updates about the ticket, but the creator wouldn't care anymore. The creator of the ticket could be our helpdesk or any one of our technicians creating tickets for end users.

Hi Justin, 

I believe the Notify All by default setting will just all users related to the ticket will automatically select all users for notification when a ticket is being updated in TDNext or commented on in the client portal, but you can still deselected manually while performing the update. I don't think there is currently anyway to exclude the creator automatically, though.
