Email Signatures and Notifications
I have noticed when people reply to ticket notifications from outlook, TDX tries to capture their signature as an image. It looks reasonable in the ticket but in the notification it seems like the image is about 10x the size of the original image/signature. Is there a way I can mitigate this?

Hello Justin,
Unfortunately there isn't a way to make that appear any differently in the notification that gets delivered. We experience the same thing here and I wish there was a way to address it within the tool also!
