Assign/Reassign Ticket on Ticket Update Page

Is there a way to make this field required so our TDNext users aren't blanking it out?

Hello Brett,

I don't believe that is possible on the Update page currently, however you can submit an enhancement request to as for this to be a possibility from this service: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1965/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=2148
