Adding CCs to Tickets

The feature to add CCs as contacts has been a great improvement, but we still see with emails where people are CC'ed and their email address is not tied to any TDX person record, that they are not added as contacts on the ticket. Is there a way to add all of the email addresses that were CC'ed as plain text in the ticket so that the technician at least knows who was included? Or is there another way around this?

We are creating a ticketing application for our Alumni help desk and they will likely deal with a lot of alumni and other outside groups that will not have an email address on record in TDX being CC'ed on emails.

Hello Isaac,

Currently we do not allow CC'd persons without an existing TDX record to be added to the ticket or have person records requisitioned for them. You could suggest this as an enhancement idea though from this service here.
