How to Determine a Tickets "Ticketing Application"?

I don't seem to be able to find an attribute that specifies the underlying ticketing application for a ticket.  I have a report in Analysis that spans multiple ticketing applications, and when I iterate through the report in IPaaS (or other API), I need to get the ticket details, but since I can't seem to find the Ticketing application attribute, I have to create a unique report for each ticketing application.  Using an "OR" in the Ticketing Application ID for the API doesn't work.

Will I need to create separate reports?

Hi Tevis,

There isn't anything in reports that will get you the appID if that is what you are looking for.

What is the process you're attempting to achieve though?

I need to do a mass update of tickets and change the Location value for the tickets. The tickets are in two separate ticketing applications, so will require me to create two reports, one in each ticketing application (or move the report). - Tevis Boulware Mon 11/6/23 5:14 PM
