Implementing Image Thumbnail and Click to Display Full-Sized Image in Image Viewer
While reading through the Version 11.8 Release Notes, I saw thumbnails of screen captures, which, when clicked, open the full image in a pop-up window titled Image Viewer.
How can I implement that same functionality in my Knowledge Base articles?
Thank you for your help.

Hello Paul,
This should be what happens naturally when you upload an image in the KB edit page of an article using the image uploader option in the editor bar on that page.

Thank you for that information. I had searched for the answer in your Knowledge Base and in the questions before asking my question, and had gotten that impression, but it's not happening that way for me. In what version did that become the default behavior?
Thank you.

Thank you.

Interesting, I had thought that was the case, but if it isn't then this will be possible if you are copying and pasting your image directly into the body of the article in question. I did test that and it produces a thumbnail of the image that expands in a new modal window when clicked on.

Thank you Mark, that technique works for me! I had consistently used the image upload option in the editor bar. Now it's time to change my habits and update our department handbook to include this new information. Thank you again.
