Notifications to resources added as "People' to tickets?
Is there a way to send automatied notifications to resources that are added as "People' to tickets?

Hi Rebecca,
Unfortunately, I do not believe there are any automatic notifications like that at this time. I would suggest submitting an Enhancement Request, here: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=2148.
