Running reports based only on time OR date (rather than both)

Hi folks,

Hoping someone can help out here: I'm trying to run a pair of reports on tickets with the Event Support type, and I need to run two separate reports: one on events ending after 7 pm, and another on events occurring on Saturdays on Sundays.  I only see Setup Date and Time and End Date and Time as available filters, no way to separate to report only the time without having the date attached to it, and in any event both filters seem to report relative to a specific "starting" date/time, not just all events running past 7 pm.  Also, I don't see any filters for reporting on things related to specific days of the week.  Is this something I can set up as a custom filter, or is there just no way to do what I'm looking for?
