Model list based on Type or Manufacturer

Creating custom asset forms - If I have a form for Laptops and a form for Printers - can the list of manufacturers and models be tailored based on the form (or at the manufacturer level?) currently when I add a printer - and then select "HP"  both the sample printer HP-LaserJet 400 Color M451 and the sample laptop model Lenovo - ThinkPad E14 Gen2  - come up.. With the amount of types, manufacturers and models we have - not having any kind of parsing makes assets extremely cumbersome.

Hi Gary, 

Unfortunately, I don't believe it is currently possible to add filtering to those standard attributes. I can understand the need for this kind of feature though, so I'd suggest submitting an Enhancement Request: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=2148.
