disable SLA notification messages for one user?

Another department uses TDX only a little bit to manage one process that also requires my department to be involved. One of the people in that other department submitted a request to disable SLA violation notification emails for their supervisor. However - their supervisor doesn't have a user license for TDX, only a client license. Supervisor data is entered in the main University ERP and automatically fed into TDX for all faculty/staff.

I can't find any way to disable these SLA violation notifications for this one supervisor. Am I correct?

Hi Becky,

Yes, I believe you are correct. The only thing you could do is change the "Reports To" on that user to someone other than the person who does not want to be notified or turn off notifying the responsible resources manager all together on the SLA.
