People Import
Hello TDX!
I am testing in the sandbox, and I noticed the provided template in TDNext does not have the fields to define the default client and the security role for users. Does this method of import not allow that? I tried adding those fields, but then the matching skips them. I know there is a import utility that works with the API. I am sure that will work, but I am running MacOS. Any advice?

Hello Michael,
Importing people records through TDNext in the People app does not support creating User accounts via the import. It only supports creating Customer type accounts, which cannot authenticate into TDX. As such, anything relating to security roles is also not supported.
