Change the 'Make Comments Private' Checkbox default for projects to UNCHECKED

Is this response still accurate in that it cannot be done systematically? I know we were able to make that change for Tickets, and would like to be able to do the same for projects.

That is still accurate, yes. I'd suggest putting in an enhancement request if you needed a setting for that.
