Global Visibility of Reports

I'm trying to figure out who can access a report in TDX. We have several ticketing applications, and a user created a report in one ticketing application with global visibility (Everyone with this Application.) Will only users with access to that specific ticketing application be able to run the report, or will users with access to any ticketing app be able to see it? What about users who don't have access to the specific ticketing application but do have access to TDNext or Analysis?

Hi Carol, 

If the report visibility is set to 'Everyone with this Application,' then the report should only be available to users with access to that specific ticketing application. Administrators would be able to see the report details in TDAdmin > Saved Reports, but as far as running the report, it would only show within the TDNext ticket application it was created in.
