Adding Built-In Attributes to Ticket Update Page
Is it possible to add out-of-the-box attributes to ticket update pages? We would like to add service, service offering, and type to the update pages in our IT ticketing application.

Hi Anderson,
Currently, the only attributes that can be added to the ticket update view (in addition to those there already) are custom attributes that are marked as updatable. I would suggest submitting this as a Product Idea so it can be considered in future versions: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=2148
