I have a newer application that is not showing in the Client portal menu bar

We have an application that was created a few months ago, and it does not show up in the Client Portal home page top navigation bar, like all of the other applications do. I have searched and search to no avail to find a setting somewhere or a place to edit that menu, and am unable to locate it. I have also tried the KB and Questions DB with luck. Could someone please help?

Hi Will, 

Is this a separate client portal application all together or is this a custom page for the client portal in TDAdmin > Applications > Client Portal > Module & Pages > Pages? If you could post a screenshot of where you're expecting this to show on the client portal, I'll be glad to take a look!

We only have One Portal application. Please see the screen shot. Our newest application is Data and Reporting, and it doesn't show on the top menu bar like all of the other apps do. - Will Tonkin Mon 6/26/23 10:59 AM
Hi Will,
You likely just haven't created a Page in your client portal for that application. You'd do that from TDAdmin > Applications > [your client portal] > Modules & Pages > Pages.

You may also have to create the modules for the page content itself.
