Report SLA violations with escalation between teams

Currently, our Service Desk escalates some tickets to our Infrastructure team. The issue is that sometimes the SLA is violated before the Infrastructure even gets the ticket. Is there a way to select the team that violated the SLA instead of a True/False violation?
