Hi Daniel,
The learn site is public, so you should be able to see content by just going to https://learn.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/129/ITPortal/Home/. As a general overview, the learn site is an e-learning platform with elements tailored more towards technicians. It's also more video focused. Whereas, the solutions site is focused towards Administrators and step-by-step how to articles.
