Resource Pool Manager
We are attempting to add a user as a manager to a resource pool, but the user's account does not appear in the lookup list.
Is there a particular set of criteria for which technicians can and cannot be added as mangers to resource pools? I do not see any listed criteria in the Getting Started with Resource Pools article.

Does the user in question have access to the Resource Management application?
