Analytics on Resource Mgmt Use?

Hi all.  I am new in a role managing Team Dynamix as a product.  I absolutely need to complete some trainings and read through all the great information in the KB.  But I have been asked an urgent question about whether or not TD has some kind of analytics or reporting about who/how often our "Resource Allocation" function is being used.  We have Resource Allocation set up with our users and Managers.  We are running various Resource reports.  But we made some recent changes and are trying to measure adoption by knowing if folks are logging in and using it (and how often).  My hunch is that TD does not have these types of analytics nor reporting capabilities.  But just checking.
