Add an alert to all tickets based on Form or some other relevant field

I would like to have a Ticket Closed alert added to all tickets related to my group of technicians.

The idea would be to monitor when tickets close, in real-time, to see if some need to be reviewed for accuracy.

I can manually add an alert on a ticket by ticket basis but having it added at time of ticket creation would be ideal.

Hello Joe,

Unfortunately there isn't a way to add an alert upon creation. For now it is a manually achieved action after the ticket exists already.

This would make a good enhancement idea though.
