Inspecting Incompatible License Type and Applications?

Good morning.

Do you know of an API endpoint or report capability that returns User information where the "License Type is Incompatible with Applications" granted (see below)?

The issue we have is that our new and improved Identity Management System incorrectly updated People records and demoted them to Clients, and there are hundreds, if not thousands, of records to update.  I have some workarounds if there isn't an endpoint or report, but being able to inspect the Incompatible applications would be very helpful in identifying the correct security role.

Hi Tevis,

Unfortunately the current user-related API endpoints will not warn if that user's information or app access is not in sync with their current license.

You could still do something like in TDAdmin > Users & Roles > Users, in the filter, look for users with a Client license who have access to like TDNext as well, or a ticketing app or whatever else was a common app amonst these affected persons.

That is exactly what I am doing, but I am also inspecting the Security Role for the Client portal which can be used to reset the correct Security Role. - Tevis Boulware Wed 6/7/23 11:58 AM
