SSO and TDX Authentication

Can I use SSO and use basic authentication for teamdynamix together? If yes, can I make it so that that non-SSO users can change their own password? And if so, how?

Hello Mariah,

Users can sign in locally if you have your SSO config settings set to not require SSO-only authentication. Additionally, they would need to go to the SSO bypass sign on page which looks like this: https://yourdomain/TDNext/logintdauth.aspx (for the TDNext interface).

Once they are signed in locally, if they click their profile link in the upper right of the screen, if it is available an option there to change password will appear. Having SSO active, I'm not sure that option *does* appear to you even if you are signed in with local credentials.
