Automatic Replies to emails
Is there a way, or a feature to enable a site wide out of office message, for example, our campus is closed over Christmas break and would like to be able to push out a basic "we have received your email but may not reply until such and such a date due to break" or something along those lines.
I would like to have this applied to all monitored email addresses at the same time if possible.

Hi Nick,
Unfortunately TeamDynamix doesn't have anything like that for functional organization days off/breaks. The ticket creation notification template is the only thing that is "auto-generated" when you submit a ticket, but you'd have to modify it every time the campus was going on break which would be a pain.
It would make a nice enhancement feature though.
