Unable to Send IPaaS Email notifications

Please see the following screen capture.  I have a fairly simple flow where I am trying to send an SMTP email notification through Office365I believe I have the credential set up correctly, and the Sys Admin has verified the settings on the SMTP connection.  However, I continue to get the following authentication error:

"Error connecting::5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, the request did not meet the criteria to be authenticated successfully. Contact your administrator. [BL1PR13CA0269.namprd13.prod.outlook.com 2023-05-18T17:13:17.659Z 08DB5522332D916E]"

I am sure I am missing something, but I can't put my finger on it.  Can you provide any suggestions?

Thanks, Tevis

Hello Tevis,

Our iPaaS team has advised you'd be better off either using a Service Account that doesn't require 2FA, or by using the Outlook Connector through the Microsoft Graph. Let me know if that helps any.

Hi Mark, I followed the set up instructions listed in the following KB, and have created a verified auth account to connect to the Office 365 email account. However, I can't find any information on to specifically use the Microsoft Graph subscription connector to configure an email.

Are there KB articles that describe how to do this?

Thanks, Tevis
