Ticket form and workflow

We use various ticket forms to create tickets directly in TDNext,  and not via  a Service in the Portal.  Can a Workflow be automatically assigned to a ticket form in such a case?  It seems the only way to associate a workflow with a ticket form is via a Portal Service.  Is that the only automatic option?

Hi Jon, 

You should be able to setup an Automation Rule in order to automatically assign a Workflow based on some criteria of the ticket. The KB article below outlines getting started with Automation Rules:
