Putting Ticket attribute information into ticket tasks automatically.
Hello,
We have created a work flow that generates tasks if certain conditions are met. I am wondering if there is a way that we can automatically take form attributes that are pertinant to the tasks and have them automatically populate the task's description? Would we be able to use iPaaS to make this possible?

Hello Justin,
Unfortunately a task's description is not currently dynamically able to be populated.
You could perhaps use iPaaS to get the ticket's current task(s) and modify them, but a workflow by itself would not be able to do this.
