Task Notifications in a Workflow

I recently created two workflows for a ticketing form.  There is an automation rule for each workflow that applies one of the workflows depending on the nature of the ticket submitted.

In each workflow, there are many conditions.  For each condition, if the condition is met, it creates a task that is assigned to a TDX group.

I have received reports that members of a number of the groups are not receiving notifications when a task is created for their group.

I have reviewed the workflows and the group membership details and I can see no reason why they would not be sent notification.  

The ID's of the workflows are 16648997 and 16614626.

I am looking for feedback as to why they would not be receiving notifications.

Hi Matthew, 

Can you confirm if the setting for 'Notify Responsible Group when Task becomes active' is enabled for the ticket app in question?
