Remove Feedback from KB Articles


Is there any way to remove potentially offensive feedback that is left on a KB article?

Hi Scott!

Yes, there is a security role permission in the client portal app that facilitates deleting KB or Service feedback.

Thank you, our Admins have the security role of "Full Access" for the Client Portal, but I found that the "Delete Article Feedback" is unchecked. - Scott Cory Thu 3/16/23 1:10 PM
