Days in status
Is there a counter or way to calculate the days a ticket spends in a status? This would help pinpoint problem areas or where tickets are stalled.

Unfortunately there is not a counter that displays (or can be reported on) how long tickets spent in a certain status along its lifetime. This would be a great enhancement request though!
