where do I go to see my companies tickets we've submitted to TDX?

i used to be able to go to our "project" area if I remember, ...... but it's been a long time.  Can anyone direct me where I need to go to see all the tickets my company (not just me) have submitted?  Thanks in advance,

Hello Barb,

You can go to our Services page ( https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1965/Portal/Requests/ServiceCatalog ) and click the Ticket Requests menu option.

That page should show all requests from your organization, though you might have to edit the status class filter to include all statuses potentially.
