Forms for service offerings
When I create a service, I can choose which form I want associated with it.
If I then add a service offering, it asks me if I want the offering to inherit the form associated with the service.
Regardless of the option chosen, how to I edit the form associated with an offering after it has been created? Can you have a different form for multiple offerings that are part of a single service?

Hello Jonathan,
You can edit the form of a service offering by visiting its "details" page in the client portal, then click the Edit Service Offering button, and finally select the Form tab. There should be an option there to edit the form if it was not one that was built in TDAdmin or is shared among other services. If either of the latter two is the case, you have to edit the form in TDAdmin within the ticketing app your service/service offering is creating tickets inside.
