Adding a single resource to multiple projects...
We have a new PM joining our team in a few weeks. Is there a way to add this new team member as a resource to multiple projects at once? Or do we have to add them to each individual project that we want them to be a member of?

Hi Duane,
Currently, resources have to be added to each individual project that you'd want them to be a member of. The KB article below outlines all of the ways to add resources to projects:
If you wanted to see a feature for adding a single resource to multiple projects, I would suggest submitting a Product Idea so the feature can be considered in future versions. Let me know if you have further questions!
