Using mixed time units in project plans
Is it possible to use .5 days or 4 hours in a project plan while other task durations are in days?

Hello Peter,
The duration value stems from the count of days from the start date and end date columns for a particular row. The minimum number it can display is 1 day, ie a start date that is the same as the end date.
