Best Way to Organize Cards in Each List

Hello,

I have a Card Wall plan that has three tasks for each team. I would like to keep them organized to show all of the first tasks, for each team, together and then further down the list we would see the second task for each team. I've been moving them but they seem to jump around. What's the best way to ensure they stay in the order I want?

Hello Rachel,

I don't see a card move when I update it's %complete. Do you know what activity users are taking that is causing the cards to move? Or are they physically moving them themselves by dragging them into a different list order?

Hi Mark, I just created them all and was dragging them around in the list trying to group them together and they didn't seem to stay where I put them. Are there any options for filtering within a list to put them in order? - Rachel Renckly Wed 2/15/23 2:41 PM

Unfortunately there are no filtering options on that page, though I've never experienced them jumping around when I am reordering them other than for a task to be placed in the position I'm trying to place it in. - Mark Sayers Wed 2/15/23 3:06 PM

Hmm, thank you Mark! I may have just been doing something incorrectly. It seemed that when I moved one card others would jump rather than just filing below the one I was moving. I'll keep taking a look and be more deliberate with moving them to see if I see a pattern. Thank you! - Rachel Renckly Wed 2/15/23 3:28 PM
