Group Task Notifications

I have read a lot of questions in regards to groups not receiving email notifications when tasks are assigned. Most of these are older and I would like an updated answer. Can groups get notifications of task assignments (not using task templates). I have a group that is saying that have previously received notifications on group assignments and all the sudden they have stopped. We have not made any changes that would cause this.

Hi Lori, 

Yes, it is possible for groups to be notified when tasks become active and that is actually a more recent feature mentioned in the 11.6 Release Notes: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1965/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=146933#NotifyGroups. You'd just need to turn that setting on in TDAdmin > Applications > [Ticket App] > Settings. Then, confirm that all group members have notifications turned on in TDAdmin > Users & Roles > Groups > [Select Group] > Set Notifications Column to 'Yes'.
