Do Waterfall Tasks show in the My Tasks report
We've had some users add the default My Task report in the projects app to their desktop. This is the one delivered with TDX. They have noticed that their waterfall tasks are not showing, only cardwall tasks. But in the My Tasks Summary Chart, those waterfall tasks are included. Is this the way those reports are designed to work differently? Or do we have some other setting impacting this difference?

Hello Bill,
Which security role permissions do these folks have for project plan tasks on their main security role?

Hi Bill,
The "My Tasks" desktop module has a max of 50 items, tasks must be less than 100% (so not completed), tasks must not be parent tasks, and if there is a start date it must be today or before. My guess is the cardwall cards have no start date so they all are showing and the waterfall tasks have a start date in the future, are already completed, or are parent tasks. - Mark Sayers Fri 1/6/23 3:28 PM

That was the issue. We were seeing some with future start dates not showing, and others without start dates were. It would be nice to be able to view the filter criteria on those custom modules. Either in the view itself or at least as a kb article.
