How do I view tickets that I have created that are still open and not assigned to me?

Hi Brandon,

Since you are still in Implementation, I sent you an email outlining a few items.  In short, in TDNext in the Ticketing Application you created the Ticket in, in the left navigation is the blue Tickets button.  Clicking on that will display in a grid view all tickets in a New, Open, In Process or On Hold status regardless of who is assigned to the Ticket.
