Asset Import Not Working

Hello, please see the following.  We are trying to do an Asset Import, but keep getting an invalid product model.  Not sure why, since everything seems to match and map correctly.

Hello Tevis,

The Product Model column is expecting the value to be formatted like so: Product Model (Manufacturer)

Your column appears to be missing that Manufacturer reference in the Product Model column so that would be why it is throwing the error.

Thanks Mark, and we figured that one out. How should the status column be formatted?

Also, is there a KB on this that I just missed?

If you go to your asset app in TDNext, and use the Import > Asset Import option, on the window that appears you can download a sample template file that shows you how all of the field values should be formatted. - Mark Sayers Thu 12/15/22 11:26 AM
