Reporting Data Dictionary

Hi,

I'm trying to find the definition of some of fields available for reporting, is there a data dictionary anywhere?

In particular I'm looking at a Project report and comparing End with Initial End and Base End.  I want to make sure I understand what those fields mean so I can get the right report.

Thanks,
Chris

Hi Mark,

Thanks for the quick response.  I took a look and it sounds like initial end date, is the date at the time a project request was staffed/converted to a project.

However, the baseline end date definition didn't provide much more information, are you able to expand on what that means?

Here's the definition's that were in that help section:

Base End
Baseline End date

Initial End Date
The End Date that was entered when the project was created or staffed. This value can be modified in TDNext.

Thanks,
Chris

That is the End date of the project at the time that a Baseline was last set for the project. - Mark Sayers Fri 12/2/22 4:35 PM

Hello Chris,

In that custom report, while you are on the "Edit" page of the report, you can click on the "Help" button to view a dictionary of all of the available fields/columns for that report.
