Ticket task report

Currently i have a ticket task report. we use 2 applications so I made sure to put that in the report. currently there is a ticket task for the Group "ITS-Technical Services" assigned tot hat group but when I run the report it does not show that task. i have attached a screenshot of the details of the report

Does your security role at the organization level have permission to report across ticketing applications?

yes. after some digging i finally figured it out. i removed the prim resp people and just kept the prim resp group and that brought up what I wanted to see. I wonder if it was cancelling each other out? - James Richard Wed 11/16/22 1:43 PM

That makes sense. Follow up question, i created a new desktop with this report but I am the only one that can see the desktop. How do I get others (such as the people in a certain group) to see it also? - James Richard Wed 11/16/22 1:54 PM
Where did you go to create the desktop?

If you create a desktop template from TDAdmin > Desktop Templates, then you can go into anyone's account within TDAdmin that you need to and add a new desktop that is based on that desktop template.
