Custom Time Type and adding to a specific form

Hello

My organization wants to start tracking time in Incident forms. I've created the types and activated them, but how to I add them to the T&E tab in an Incident form? When i click the +Add Time button in the T&E tab, all I get in the Time Type field is End User Support and Operational Work.

Hello Eugene,

There are a couple of things you may need to do:

  1. In your ticketing app's Admin interface, go to the Types section and modify your ticket types to have Time Types associated with them. That will handle tickets created going forward with those ticket types to contain the time types that you associated with each ticket type.
  2. On a per-ticket basis you may need to go to your existing tickets' T&E tab, click the Manage > Type Types menu option in the upper right, then associate the right time types with each ticket.
