Deactivate and Delete Unused Custom Status

Please see below, and I am trying to customize statuses for a new ticketing application and cannot delete a newly created customer status that is not used anywhere or deactivate a predefined status.  I don't see anywhere the Open and Cancelled statuses are set as defaults in the Projects application, but I cannot deactivate these statuses for the new ticketing application.

Hello Tevis,

The setting you're probably looking for is at the very bottom of the ticketing app's Settings page in TDAdmin where it manages Task Statuses for projects associated with those tickets.

Check that out and see if changing those allows you to disable those statuses. I don't think you can delete the out-of-the-box status for each status class though. So like the default Open and the default In Process status may not be deletable.
