Creating a New Notification Template

Good Afternoon,

We have a ticketing application that several departments share. Is there a way to create a ticket workflow step notification for a specific workflow that will not affect the other workflows in the application?

Can I create a custom ticket workflow step assignment notification that will only be used by one workflow and not all workflows created? For example, I created a workflow for a ticket that has an approval step. I want to customize the ticket workflow step assignment notification for this ticket only. Unfortunately ticket Notification Templates are universal and are used/shared by every ticket (potentially) in the entire application. You can not create new templates nor can you customize one such that your customization is only used by a certain kind of ticket/workflow. - Mark Sayers Thu 10/20/22 9:20 AM
