Workspace rules/items
Is there a way to delete rules in Workspaces? Is there a way to delete items that accidentally got picked up by a rule?

Hello Gabriela,
You *can* remove items from a workspace, but rules cannot be removed. To remove an item like a ticket from the workspace, view the dashboard of the workspace. Right click on the Name of the item in question, and use the bottom menu option to remove from workspace.
