Workable Hours And Daily Capcity

I tried searching but couldn't find an explanation of the difference between Workable Hours and Daily Capacity. Are they the same thing?  The template and API name discusses Workable Hours but the UI for a user profile has a setting for Daily Capacity, but no mention of Workable Hours. The help text appears to be very similar to the API description of workable hours.

Hello Bill,

Yes WorkableHours in the API property list is the same as Daily Capacity.
