Unable to Reassigned A Survey

Please see the screen capture below.  I am trying to assign a survey to a closed ticket that was originally requested by one person, and then the requester was changed.  I deleted the original survey request, but as you can see from the screen capture, I cannot assign a survey to the updated requester.

Hello Tevis,

If it is the same survey, unfortunately no survey can be applied to the same ticket multiple times, not even if the Requestor changed. Surveys can only be requested from a ticket *one* time.
