Search tab in TDNext

Hello,

I just saw a new tab called Search on my TDNext, but other people can't see it. Can you please let me know how to make it appear on other people's screen? And I would like to make Include Historic Results selected by default as well.

Thanks,

Lorne

Hi folks,

I think these insights are definitely valuable, and I would encourage you to submit them as enhancement requests: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1965/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=2148

David is right that it appears when you search for something with the "global" search box in the top right of your TDNext page.

When you do a search from the search box at the very top right, it opens the results in a tab called "Search".

I agree about Historic Results. The reason I search is typically for something old and closed, not for something current.

Hi,

Thanks for the replies. I asked someone who doesn't have the tab to try it, and the tab didn't appear for them. Maybe we're missing something?

Thanks

You have to have them search with something other than a numeric search term. Try typing a word into the global TDNext search box and hit Enter/Search. - Mark Sayers Fri 9/9/22 10:58 AM
