TeamDymanix Ticketing Applications

Are we still unable to delete applications from TDx? I know that in previous versions, applications can only be deactivated. Has this been changed?

Hello Caroline,

Yes, you still are only able to deactivate a ticketing/asset/client portal app at this time. They cannot be deleted.
