How do you Archive a Knowledge Base Article?
What is the process for archiving a Knowledge Base article and what does archiving do to the article behind the scenes?

Hello Karen,
You (or someone with permissions to review articles) would access it in the client portal, edit it, and set its status to Archived.
This status makes the article no longer visible to anyone other than those with permissions to review articles or view all articles and it also places a note at the top of the article (injected by the system) to denote that it is an archived article and may no longer contain accurate information.
