Change Management Calendar

Does TeamDynamix have a calendar view for IT to visualize all the scheduled changes?   If so, can I see an example?

You can build calendar feeds based on a number of things including a report, but rather disappointingly, they only can use Start and Due dates, and there's no ability to use any other date/time field (or maintenance activity?), so they tend to be rather brute force.

Any ticket can be Added to the Calendar too, right? So I guess you could do it that way. We've never quite worked out how to do what you're asking. - David Tod Tue 8/30/22 12:09 PM
You can add a ticket to the calendar, but they do have to be using the baked-in Start/Due date fields and have values for those fields. You'd also possibly need to filter the Calendar to include Service Requests and Incidents, because it defaults to just Problems, Changes, and Releases. - Mark Sayers Tue 8/30/22 3:05 PM

Hello Sarah,

Each ticketing app has a Ticket Calendar menu option on the left-hand side of the app's page. You could try using that.

A ticket would have to use the out-of-the-box Start and Due date fields though and at least have a value in the Due Date field in order to show up there.

So, if I understand correctly, the calendar view is selected per user and however that user filters it? So, as CAB facilitator, can I maintain a calendar which all can view the way that I filter it? - Sarah Glatz Tue 8/30/22 3:09 PM
